Well, many people would say that is the matter of taste - but it is not recommended to do that at night, especially when it is way too dark to see the keyboard. Of course, you can always turn on the light and keep going, but keep in mind, that the more you gamble at night, the less time you spend up during the day which causes serious problems ranging from sleepeness to problems at work and personal problems. The best thing to do is to define what hours are for online gambling and when you just turn the computer off and have some time to yourself, some quality time with your kids or your friends.
